4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Course Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our admission requirements. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in advance according to the selected payment plan
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due on the specified dates without reminder
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available within 7 days of enrollment if no course content has been accessed
• Partial Refund: Pro-rated refunds may be available for withdrawals within 30 days of enrollment
• No Refund: After 30 days of enrollment or completion of more than 25% of course content
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
• Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
